Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SDR Manager to lead our sales development team and contribute to our growth in the UK & Ireland markets.
As our SDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives. This role involves developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving the early stages of the sales process. Your team will support across different products and client bases for our suite of ConTech software.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment to achieve individual and team goals
- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on target markets and messaging
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise lead generation efforts
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve SDR processes and workflows
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Ensure the team is effectively utilising CRM and other sales tools
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Communicate regularly with senior management on team performance and market insights
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the software or construction industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales development tools
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for the construction industry and technology
