Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Champion a compelling vision for conversational and agentic AI, identifying key opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and scalability.
- Lead the design of intuitive, robust APIs, acting as the unwavering voice of the developer to ensure an exceptional technical experience.
- Spearhead collaboration with matrixed engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and timely feature launches.
- Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on developer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Drive agile project management efforts to keep development organised and transparent while proactively mitigating risks across teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of technical product management experience with a focus on platforms, APIs, or enterprise software infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI‑enabled products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep empathy for developers and a passion for creating tools that enhance their productivity and workflows.
- Natural communicator with a talent for influencing cross‑functional teams and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive and self‑starter mentality with a sense of ownership over foundational technologies.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) software space.
- Familiarity with large‑scale agentic workflows or sophisticated LLM integrations.
