What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the ground floor of shaping how a global company leverages Agentic AI, owning the strategic roadmap for the core platform and APIs that power our entire ecosystem. You will have a tangible impact by enabling a new generation of solutions for the AECO industry, acting as a visionary leader who bridges the gap between cutting‑edge AI engineering and real‑world customer experiences.

• Key Exciting Responsibilities:
• Champion a compelling vision for conversational and agentic AI, identifying key opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and scalability.
• Lead the design of intuitive, robust APIs, acting as the unwavering voice of the developer to ensure an exceptional technical experience.
• Spearhead collaboration with matrixed engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and timely feature launches.
• Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on developer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Drive agile project management efforts to keep development organised and transparent while proactively mitigating risks across teams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of technical product management experience with a focus on platforms, APIs, or enterprise software infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI‑enabled products in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep empathy for developers and a passion for creating tools that enhance their productivity and workflows.
• Natural communicator with a talent for influencing cross‑functional teams and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive and self‑starter mentality with a sense of ownership over foundational technologies.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) software space.
• Familiarity with large‑scale agentic workflows or sophisticated LLM integrations.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or a ground‑floor corporate initiative.

Compensation:

• $105,600.00 – $145,200.00 (Salary)
