About Us: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the primary engine behind our Global Indirect sales organization, owning the day-to-day operations of our partner portal on a global scale. You will directly influence revenue growth by streamlining how our partners engage with Trimble technology, making you a critical contributor to the continued success of the AECO sector.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the global onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless entry into our digital ecosystem.
  • Manage high-impact pipeline reporting and deal registrations within the partner portal to drive sales accuracy.
  • Solve complex partner queries and PRM tool issues to maintain high levels of engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze critical tool metrics and usage data to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Facilitate the partner learning journey by managing global access to essential enablement and training materials.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in data analysis, data validation, and resolving complex stakeholder queries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and senior internal managers.
  • Experience managing or supporting digital platforms, partner portals, or PRM tools.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience specifically within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
  • Familiarity with lead routing methodologies and CRM integration.
  • Previous experience working within a global indirect sales or channel sales environment.

Logistics:

  • Location: Leeds, London, Milton Keynes, or UK Remote.
  • Travel Requirement: 15% (Includes semi-regular travel to UK offices and occasional travel to EMEA and the US).
