Responsibilities
- Spearhead the global onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless entry into our digital ecosystem.
- Manage high-impact pipeline reporting and deal registrations within the partner portal to drive sales accuracy.
- Solve complex partner queries and PRM tool issues to maintain high levels of engagement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze critical tool metrics and usage data to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Facilitate the partner learning journey by managing global access to essential enablement and training materials.
- Develop and implement ad-hoc SPIFFs to focus on specific business objectives.
- Analyze partner sales data and performance metrics to calculate accruals and payments.
- Monitor outstanding claims and follow up with partners to resolve disputes or incomplete submissions.
- Maintain and enhance analytical tools and systems, recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain thorough documentation of approvals, calculations, and communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within Sales Operations/Analysis in a technology/SaaS environment with progressing responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, QlikSense, Domo or Tableau preferred.
- Advanced English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- High degree of numeracy and proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, and drive cross-functional teams to meet common goals.
