- Managing and growing the existing business relationships, and making it grow with cross-selling and upselling activities with a clearly defined set of existing customers based in Europe. You will be…
- In charge of the identification of cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities;
- responsible for a defined customers portfolio within the Construction, Building, Metal & Steel, and Emerging industries;
- taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs;
- engaged with different stakeholders on a daily basis (e.g., Logistics, IT, procurement, senior management);
- generating progress reports, keeping each opportunity up-to-date in the CRM system.
You are ready if you have….
- 4+ years of experience in the role, selling logistics and/ or Logistics SaaS complex solutions to large corporations;
- good knowledge of the Construction, Building, Metal & Steel, and Emerging industries would be highly appreciated, but not mandatory;
- proven successful track record of exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback;
- a farmer but also a HUNTER mentality to execute a suitable and feasible plan to grow revenue with key accounts in your territories;
- the ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people and build trust and rapport easily;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
