The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, practical, and detail‑focused person to join our production team. If you enjoy varied work, operating production equipment, and seeing your finished projects out in the real world, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printers (HP Latex 360 & 570), plotters, laminators, and finishing equipment
- Produce vinyl graphics, stickers, labels, signage, banners, and vehicle graphics
- Carry out vinyl application, weeding, mounting, trimming, and finishing
- Assist with onsite signage or vehicle graphics installations when required
- Maintain machinery and keep the workshop clean and organised
- Work collaboratively to deliver high‑quality results on time
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in signage, large‑format print, vinyl application, or a related field
- Confident operating print/production equipment — or quick to learn
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Practical, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a workshop environment
- A positive team player with a proactive approach
