Associate Medical Writer – Apprenticeship Class of 2026 (UK & EU)
Trilogy Writing & Consulting, an Indegene Company, is currently hiring an Associate Medical Writer to join our Apprenticeship Class of 2026 in the UK and Europe. The apprenticeship program combines on-the-job training with workshops and coaching to teach you regulatory medical writing skills over a 2- to 3-year period. Our next cohort will begin in April 2026. You will work alongside our experienced medical writers, supporting our growing company in producing regulatory documentation for the international pharmaceutical industry.
Applicants may work either fully remotely from Germany, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Italy or on a hybrid schedule (in office/remote) from our Frankfurt, Germany or Cambridge, UK offices.
Responsibilities
- Support our growing company by producing regulatory documentation for the international pharmaceutical industry.
- Work alongside experienced medical writers and participate on clinical development teams, assisting with writing and coordinating regulatory documents across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas to support clinical development programs and, ultimately, regulatory submission packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy (PhD not necessary) or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- A passion for writing and an eye for detail.
- Well-developed, proven interpersonal skills and a proactive nature that enjoys participating on a team with diverse personalities.
- Flexibility and the ability to stay focused under tight timelines across multiple time zones.
