What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver executive-grade Community Strategy Reviews that connect engagement metrics to business outcomes, establish measurable KPIs, and create defendable roadmaps that drive strategic decision-making.
- Build and deploy Platform Configuration Packages that transform community infrastructure—from workflows to gamification systems—with zero production issues and complete documentation.
- Conduct high-impact Client Training Sessions that consistently achieve 85%+ satisfaction ratings while measurably increasing client self-sufficiency and platform mastery.

Senior Community Manager Key Responsibilities
Transform customer communities from cost centers into strategic assets that measurably reduce support volume, accelerate customer success, and directly impact revenue retention through expert platform optimization and community enablement.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing or advising digital customer communities with measurable business outcomes
- Advanced configuration expertise in at least one modern community platform (Discourse, Higher Logic, Salesforce Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Track record managing enterprise accounts valued at $1M+ with demonstrable client satisfaction
- Proficiency utilizing AI-enabled marketing tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot automation, Jasper, Buffer, etc.)
- Strategic understanding of AI\’s transformative impact on community management and customer engagement models
