Founder in Residence, LearnWith.AI (Remote) – $200,000/year USD
This position is remote with compensation details provided by Trilogy and LearnWith.AI. Base pay range is $100.00/hr – $100.00/hr, with a weekly payment period.
What You Will Be Doing
This role transcends traditional product management. You will work toward specific, measurable weekly goals tied to student outcomes, with clear objectives and data-driven validation. You will develop and iterate on features rapidly, articulate insights as structured Brain Lifts, and lead weekly product iterations to drive real impact on student learning.
You will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, educators, and AI enthusiasts, working closely with the founders to improve student outcomes and demonstrate measurable impact on how students learn.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Managing roadmaps or dictating what to build or how to build it.
- Engaging in solution-first product management; start with domain expertise and understanding users.
- Spending extensive time on developing a new feature; aim to deploy weekly.
- Constructing technical solutions or determining software architecture.
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role with responsibility for shaping the product vision and owning the core problem-solution hypothesis.
- Experience launching at least one successful product (not just a feature) that reached real users from conception to launch, achieving at least $1 million in revenue.
- Professional experience using AI in daily tasks (research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour (~$200,000 USD/year for 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year). Payment is weekly. For details on payments, see crossover help and FAQs.
