What You Will Be Doing
- Mining student literacy data through AI analysis to extract meaningful patterns, then translating these discoveries into groundbreaking instructional approaches that redefine English language education.
- Developing adaptive AI tools that personalize the learning journey—making grammatical concepts intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary interpretation accessible across all student proficiency levels.
- Architecting responsive learning sequences that continuously evolve, shepherding students from basic literacy foundations to sophisticated textual analysis with optimal efficiency.
- Engaging with our multidisciplinary team of educators, language specialists, and AI engineers to extend the frontiers of language instruction, directly enhancing learning outcomes for our growing student community.
- Reimagining literary works as interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but inspire genuine enthusiasm for the written and spoken word.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Overseeing conventional curriculum administration or handling clerical responsibilities—your focus will be on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction within our accelerated framework.
- Conducting solo research—you\’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team pushing the boundaries of AI-enhanced English education.
- Engaging in purely theoretical work—each AI model and instructional approach you develop will have immediate, practical applications in helping students master language skills at unprecedented rates within the 2 Hour Learning system.
Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities
Champion quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through sophisticated AI-driven analysis and implementation. Success will be measured by your ability to create systems that double the rate of skill acquisition across reading comprehension, writing proficiency, grammatical mastery, and literary analysis at all grade levels—all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning methodology.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree or advanced qualification in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ELA instruction or curriculum development with demonstrated positive impact on student outcomes
- Fundamental programming capabilities in any coding language
- Practical experience designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for educational content creation, data analytics, or adaptive learning platforms
- Proven capability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated language arts concepts to various stakeholders in professional contexts

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
