Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities
Champion quantifiable enhancements in student ELA performance through AI-powered analysis and strategic implementation, with success measured by doubling the rate at which students master skills across the spectrum of language arts domains (comprehension, composition, syntax, critical analysis) and grade levels, all within the innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ELA instruction or curriculum development, with concrete evidence of positive impact on student outcomes
- Foundational programming skills in any coding language
- Hands-on experience with AI systems for educational applications such as content creation, data interpretation, or personalized learning
- Proven capability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
- Superior communication abilities, including the skill to translate intricate language arts concepts for diverse audiences in professional contexts

Working with us: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
