Our reputation has been built on trust, expertise, discretion, and long term client relationships. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Luxury Sales Executive to join our team.

Applicants must have previous experience within luxury retail.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have worked with premium or luxury products and understand the expectations of high net worth clientele.
Experience selling luxury watches or fine jewellery is strongly preferred and will be prioritised.
Candidates from luxury watch retailers, authorised dealers, fine jewellery boutiques, luxury fashion houses, prestige automotive brands, or similar high end retail environments are encouraged to apply.
This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is solely within general retail, call centres, recruitment, estate agency, or non luxury sales environments.
The OpportunityAs a Luxury Sales Executive, you will represent some of the world's most prestigious watch and jewellery brands while delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will build long term relationships with collectors and clients, advise on acquisitions and part exchanges, and guide clients through the purchase of watches and jewellery ranging from several thousand pounds to six figure transactions.
Success in this role requires professionalism, commercial awareness, product knowledge, and a genuine passion for luxury watches and jewellery.
Key Responsibilitiesβ’ Building and managing long term relationships with new and existing clients
β’ Delivering a highly personalised luxury retail experience both in person and through digital channels
β’ Advising clients on luxury watches, fine jewellery, market trends, and collecting opportunities
β’ Managing enquiries across showroom, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
β’ Developing your own portfolio of private clients and collectors
β’ Identifying opportunities to acquire watches and jewellery through purchasing and part exchange
β’ Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
β’ Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and awareness of industry developments
β’ Representing Trilogy Jewellers with professionalism, integrity, and expertise at all times
β’ Supporting showroom presentation and maintaining the highest luxury retail standards
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
β’ Previous experience within luxury retail
β’ A proven track record in a client facing sales role
β’ Experience selling luxury watches, fine jewellery, or other high value luxury products
β’ Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
β’ A professional and polished approach to client service
β’ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
β’ Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
β’ The ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
β’ A genuine passion for luxury watches and jewellery

Working HoursOur showroom operates 7 days per week.
This is a full time position working 5 days per week on a rota basis and includes regular weekend working.
