The Role
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Sales Executive with a strong background in watches or jewellery. This role is suited to someone confident, knowledgeable, and commercially driven, who understands both the product and the clientele within the luxury space. You will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships and delivering a premium experience across both showroom and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and converting client enquiries across showroom, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with private clients
- Presenting and selling high-value luxury watches and jewellery
- Handling part exchange, sourcing, and consignment discussions
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across brands, references, and market trends
- Supporting day-to-day showroom operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling luxury watches or jewellery
- Strong understanding of the watch market and key brands
- Confident handling high-value transactions and clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
