Our client is looking to onboard a Workday Financials Training Lead to join them in a hands-on training position - managing the training process, increasing quality and delivering training solutions to help them achieve better operational efficiency and knowledge.
This role will operate outside of IR35, with a pay rate of up to £550 per day. Due to the hands-on nature of the role, 3 days per week of on-site time is required, with 2 days remote working.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for all training activities for Workday Finance Programme and for the timely completion of training objectives and deliverables.
- Develop, implement, and manage training needs analysis, strategy and plan across Workday Finance Programme.
- Deliver hands-on training to core project team members, super users and end users.
- Develop and manage quality training artifacts for Workday Finance Programme.
- Draft and manage quality training courses, learning artifacts and measurable evaluation measures for Workday Finance Programme.
- Coordinate and validate training activities with SMEs.
- Collaborate with consulting team on all areas of course development (materials, technology, and reviews).
- Develop training reports in a timely manner, as required.
- Proficiency in Workday Financials as a Training Lead.
- Strong experience in hands-on role-based and ‘fit for purpose’ training delivery for Workday Financials to global teams aligned to Workday Financials Program.
- Experience in developing quality training analysis, strategy, training plan and required reporting for training workstream.
- Demonstrate training knowledge and experience in the following areas in Workday Finance: Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Prism & Accounting Centre.
- Leading training in a regulated business.
- Lead training of a large global programme involving significant business operational change.
- Able to build and sustain the confidence of senior level stakeholders.
