We are looking for an experienced Workday Business Analyst to join a public sector client, supporting the delivery of full-cycle Workday implementation projects, covering both HCM and financial modules. This role is Outside IR35 and will require 1-2 days a week onsite near London.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure the Workday system to support business needs, including setting up financial and HR business processes and reporting.
  • Analyse and document business requirements, translating them into Workday configurations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of Workday Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Ideally have experience working in and around central government and wider public sector organisations.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Business Analyst, supporting Workday HCM and Financials implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Configuration and ability to translate business needs into system functionality.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting Workday deployments.
  • Familiarity with Workday SLA (Service Level Agreements) and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas.
