HSEQ Coordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract in Alloa

Trillium Flow Technologies™ serves customers in the power, oil & gas, general industry and water & wastewater sectors with highly engineered valves, pumps and actuators, as well as complete support in every phase of a project or operation. We have UK Facilities/offices in Alloa, Elland, Bedford, East Kilbride & London, as well as employees based UK wide within Customer sites.

An exciting new vacancy has arisen aligned to the continued growth of our Company for the role of HSEQ Coordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

• Effectively assisting in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the HSEQ IMS, by review, compilation and amendment of IMS procedures and Project HSEQ plans.
• Skilled in the measurement, monitoring, trend identification and reporting of HSEQ statistics.
• Qualified auditor being able to actively participate and, where necessary, lead audits internally, at suppliers and with third parties.
• Skilled in the performance of risk assessments and HAZIDS.
• Key contributor to improving the way we work through the identification of improvements, being receptive to new ideas from others and working cross functionally to implement and embed the improvements ensuring positive results.
• Act as a subject matter expert with regard to the HSEQ IMS, assisting others with HSEQ issues, ensuring the data relevant to the recording of non-conformities, hazards, accidents and incidents is accurate, consistent and closed in a timeous manner.
• Deliver HSEQ training to the workforce.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in H&S and/or quality role.
• NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum or working towards it.
• Experience in IMS implementation, and/or relevant engineering apprenticeship with Quality elements, suitable experience in QA/QC.
• Lead Auditor in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001 & 45001), with internal auditor qualification for remainder.
• Tech IOSH Membership or equivalent, CQI Membership, IEMA Membership, or working towards it.
