The Role: As Business Development Lead, you will take ownership of growing our existing client base, identifying new opportunities within current accounts, and strengthening senior stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role suited to someone who understands contract recruitment inside out and thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will work closely with delivery and leadership to ensure clients receive exceptional service while scaling account value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand existing client relationships
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Programme Leads, Procurement)
- Own account strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth for key clients
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent Trillion Consulting as a strategic partner, not a transactional supplier

- Proven experience in business development within contract recruitment (agency or consultancy)
- Strong track record of account expansion and relationship-led growth
- Deep understanding of contract recruitment models, margins, and client dynamics

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment
