The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will receive structured training, ongoing support, and access to proven frameworks to build and own your own desk within a successful and collaborative unit.
This is a true 360 role with a strong emphasis on outbound sales, market ownership, and relationship-led recruitment. You will develop and manage client relationships across new and existing accounts, delivering SAP talent solutions that add genuine value to complex, global programmes. You will also take full ownership of your candidate market, developing a deep understanding of skills availability, candidate motivations, and market trends, ensuring the right talent is aligned to the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new client logos and take ownership of their long-term development, while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Programme Leads, and Procurement
- Source, assess, and qualify SAP professionals across contract markets
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative experience to candidates, positioning Trillion as a trusted partner
- Collaborate closely with delivery and support teams to ensure consistently high service levels that drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent Trillion Consulting as a strategic partner rather than a transactional supplier
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience in contract recruitment, with working knowledge of CRM systems such as Bullhorn (Mandatory)
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a commercial environment
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable operating autonomously within a high-growth business
- Strong ambition and a clear desire for long-term career progression and personal development
