The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our expanding product design team and play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional digital experiences on the Tezos blockchain. In this role, you will take ownership of end‐to‐end product design across mobile and web applications, websites, and other ecosystem tools. You will collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead, Product, Engineering, DeFi, Marketing and Community teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and user‐centred solutions that empower our users and accelerate ecosystem growth. This is a rare opportunity to influence design quality, process, and culture at a foundational level - elevating our craft standards and helping define what great design looks like.

What you will do

• Lead the design of end‐to‐end experiences across web and mobile products - from research and discovery to concept, delivery, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with cross‐functional partners (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community) to define scope, user needs, and product direction.
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high‐fidelity visuals that are both functional and visually compelling.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and UX consistency across all products.
• Champion human‐centred design - conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Support engineers during implementation and advocate for design integrity throughout the build process.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design standards, tools, and ways of working to raise the overall quality of the design team's output.

What you will need

• Extensive background as hands‐on senior product designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, polished UI execution, and examples of impactful, shipped digital products.
• Skilled in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Deep understanding of user research methods and ability to translate insights into design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of working effectively with product managers and engineers.
• Expert in Figma and prototyping tools; comfortable iterating quickly and giving/receiving feedback.
• Awareness of accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles.
• Genuine interest in blockchain, decentralisation, or emerging digital ecosystems.
