The Role

We’re looking for a storyteller, a provocateur, a narrative shaper who can make the world sit up and pay attention to Tezos. Your mission? Put Tezos back in the spotlight with work that cuts through and reminds the world why this ecosystem is one of the most innovative in Web3.

You’ll own the narrative for the Tezos L1, Etherlink, and a pipeline of products and dApps waiting to break out. Strategy is part of it, but this role is about more: vision + execution + audacity. If you can lead, inspire, and still get your hands dirty to bring exciting and effective ideas to life and if you’re ready to shake up the way blockchain is marketed, then this is for you.

  • Work across product, tech, and community, connecting dots and weaving narratives that drive adoption.
  • Seize the moment, spotting untapped opportunities to push Tezos into the conversation and move fast to claim them.

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as a creative marketing leader in Web3 is an absolute must.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging stories.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Possesses an online presence or, at minimum, a deep understanding of key Web3 communities across platforms such as X, Discord, Telegram and others.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
