This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a professional accounting qualification whilst gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly commercial and intellectually demanding environment. We recognise that the future of finance is evolving. Whilst strong accounting and financial foundations remain essential, the most successful finance professionals will also understand how emerging technologies can transform processes, enhance decision-making and create operational efficiencies. We are therefore particularly interested in graduates who are curious about artificial intelligence and excited by the opportunity to explore how next-generation technologies can be applied within modern finance functions.

Rather than following a traditional accountancy training contract, our programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the wider business. We believe the best finance professionals develop through exposure to multiple disciplines and, as such, you will undertake a structured rotational programme across key risk and control functions within the organisation. Throughout the programme, you will gain experience across areas such as Finance, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operations and other business functions that support our global operations.

Alongside your studies, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities from an early stage, participating in projects, business research, process improvement initiatives and opportunities to apply technology and automation solutions to real business challenges. This is an opportunity to build excellent accounting fundamentals whilst helping shape the future of finance through innovation and technology.

What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking talented graduates with drive, ambition, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.
• Applicants should have a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Accounting & Finance.
• A genuine desire to study towards the ACCA qualification.
• A strong academic record and analytical mindset.
• An interest in financial markets and the commodities industry.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and projects.
• The right to live and work in the UK without restriction or company sponsorship on commencement of the role.
