About the Role
Trigon Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading National Training Provider, rated Good (Grade 2) by Ofsted. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Tutor to deliver a two-week employability programme in Grangemouth, Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate trainer who enjoys helping people build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to secure sustainable employment.
You will deliver engaging workshops and provide tailored one-to-one support, helping learners improve their employability skills, digital confidence, customer service and readiness for the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging non-accredited employability and digital skills training to groups of learners.
- Provide basic IT support, including setting up email accounts, using attachments, navigating online job search platforms, and completing online applications.
- Support learners with CV writing, cover letters, job applications, and interview preparation.
