Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Child/Adult Care Tutor/Assessor to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to adult learners enrolled on Residential Childcare Level 4/5 and Adult up to Level 5. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote delivery with occasional face-to-face visits depending on learner needs and location. Assessors will typically meet learners face-to-face up to three times per month (or if further afield twice per programme - individualised on induction), with all other sessions conducted remotely via Teams.
You will be responsible for supporting learners through every stage of their qualification, ensuring an engaging, supportive, and compliant learning experience that drives achievement and personal growth.
Qualified IQA's will be considered for £29,500 starting + car allowance.
