Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Childcare Tutor / Assessor to deliver highâquality teaching, learning, and assessment to adult learners working towards Residential Childcare qualifications up to and including Level 5. This hybrid role combines remote delivery with occasional faceâtoâface learner visits across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas and counties. Typically, Assessors carry out up to three inâperson visits per month, with flexibility based on caseload, distance, and learner needs.
You will support learners through a structured, personalised, and compliant learning journey from induction to completion, ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed within the Residential Childcare sector.
We also welcome applications from individuals with strong sector experience who wish to transition into a training/assessment role. Full training will be provided, with a starting salary of ÂŁ25,500 + car allowance.
