Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Vocational Tutor to deliver highâquality training across a range of employability and sectorâbased programmes throughout Sussex, Surrey and Kent. This role involves delivering accredited and nonâaccredited training to adult learners across the ASF/Bootcamps provision, focusing on key vocational areas including Employability, Business Administration, Customer Service, and Level 1 Preparing to Work in Schools. Working across multiple delivery sites, you will design engaging sessions, support diverse learners, track progress, and help individuals develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to progress into employment, further training or sectorâspecific roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highâquality, engaging training across Employability, Business Admin, Customer Service and Preparing to Work in Schools (Level 1).
- Adapt delivery to suit learner needs, learning styles and programme requirements.
