Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced and driven Senior Employment Coach to support delivery across the Restart programme in Hinckley. As a Senior Employment Coach, you will play a key role in driving performance across the contract, managing participant journeys from job start through to sustained outcomes. You will focus on key priority groups including in-work support, rapid response cases and disengaged participants, while also supporting wider team performance and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support Employment Coaches, work closely with Jobcentre Plus and stakeholders, and ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance and participant engagement are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage participant journeys from job start through to sustained outcome achievement
  • Deliver in-work support, monitor progression and provide rapid response interventions
  • Manage disengaged participant caseloads, including re-engagement activity with Jobcentre Plus
  • Support participants to sustain employment and achieve long-term outcomes
