Role Overview
We are seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to deliver the IPS journey to a reduced caseload of clients, working alongside the drug and alcohol treatment service. Establishing and maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. As the Senior, you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists and be an able leader, communicator, passionate about getting it right and transforming individual lives through sustainable solutions.
This is a community based role and the majority of the week will be based in Guildford Drug and Alcohol Advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
