This service integrates health recovery with employment support to create a holistic pathway for individuals. The Employment Advisor will play a key role in supporting individuals facing difficulties in the workplace due to physical health conditions, helping them return to work, remain in work, or find new employment. The role involves working in partnership with in-house medical practitioners, GP practices, and other referral partners in a community hub environment. Key Responsibilities Case Management & Client Support Manage a diverse caseload (20 maximum), providing information, advice, and guidance to clients facing workplace challenges.
