About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Employability Tutor to support learners across Tipton. In this rewarding role, you will empower individuals to build their confidence and develop essential employability skills to successfully prepare for the workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging non-accredited training sessions in employability and digital skills.
- Provide basic IT support, such as setting up email accounts, using attachments, and navigating online platforms.
- Guide learners through the job application process, including CV writing, cover letters, and interview techniques.
- Actively support learners in applying for jobs and progressing into sustainable employment.
- Deliver both group training sessions and tailored 1:1 mentoring to meet learners’ needs.
- Set clear, achievable targets and track learner progress using the company database.
