What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment in Electrical Installation (up to Level 3).
- Carry out onsite and remote observations, assessments, and progress reviews.
- Use OneFile to track, assess, and record learner progress.
- Ensure learners meet the 20% off-the-job requirement and follow structured learning plans.
- Deliver engaging sessions that motivate and inspire apprentices.
