Overview
We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Warehouse Tutor to deliver Accredited Skills Funding (ASF) training in Warehouse Level 1 and Level 2. The successful candidate will support learners in developing key skills and achieving industry-recognised qualifications through Highfield. This role will be based across our Barnsley and Sheffield training centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‐quality, engaging training sessions for Warehouse Level 1 and 2 in line with ASF requirements.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and learning materials that meet awarding body standards (Highfield).
- Conduct assessments, mark work, and provide constructive feedback to ensure learner progression.
- Support learners on a 1‐1 and group basis to achieve qualifications within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate learner records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all delivery meets internal quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance policies.
