We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Carpentry Tutor to deliver high quality, practical vocational training to learners at HMYOI Werrington. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, practical carpentry lessons and workshops to small groups.
- Develop learners' practical carpentry skills, trade knowledge, and professional behaviours.

Essential Criteria

- Ability to use varied teaching and assessment methods to engage learners.
Desirable Criteria
- Teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, CAVA).
- Experience delivering vocational training in prison education or alternative learning environments.
- Flexibility to deliver training across multiple vocational areas.
- Willingness to work towards teaching/assessing qualifications (full training provided).
