Role Overview: We are recruiting a skilled Groundworks Tutor to deliver vocational qualifications up to Level 2 within a prison setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Streetworks/Groundworks qualifications up to Level 2.
- Identify individual learner needs and create personalised learning plans linked to employment goals.
- Prepare, deliver, and review comprehensive lesson plans addressing vocational skills and employability.
- Engage and motivate learners to increase retention and progression.
- Provide constructive feedback and adapt curriculum content based on learner feedback.
