Job Title: School Apprenticeship Officer Location: Luton and surrounding areas up to Milton Keynes (Travel Expense reimbursed) Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 Job Overview: Trigon Recruitment are currently for a School’s Apprenticeship Ambassador who’s passionate about apprenticeships to help deliver the Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge project to schools across the Midlands. This role is based in Luton and surrounding areas up to Milton Keynes with Travel reimbursed which you will need to be flexible in terms of locations as you be required to meet the needs of school bookings. Key Responsibilities: * Funded by the Department of Education this role forms an important part within the Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge for Schools delivery team. * This role is about inspiring students, parents and teachers to consider Apprenticeships as an option when leaving school by providing impartial information in presentations, assemblies, workshops, and at careers events. * This is a high energy, motivating position where you will travel, visiting educational establishments to inform the next generation as they make important decisions about the right ladder for their careers. * The role requires you to be positive and professional in your approach, always energetic, innovative, adaptable and looking for a challenge. * Supporting and attending large scale events * Submitting monthly reports and case studies Skills and Experience: * Confident speaking to students, parents, teachers and stakeholders * The individual must be prepared to undertake a DBS check and disclose it to the employer if requested * Overnight travel in some instances be required * Full driver’s license and access to a car with Business insurance * Previous experience as an administrator Benefits: * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * Health & wellbeing programme
