The Multi-Skilled Tutor will be responsible for delivering a range of employability and skills-based qualifications within the Employability/Job Gym Department. The role involves planning and delivering engaging learning programmes, creating individual learning plans, assessing learner progress, and providing support throughout the learner journey.
You will deliver training at learning centres, employer or customer sites across the North West, and remotely, using both digital and traditional materials to support learners’ development.

Key Requirements
Essential:
- ICT, English & Maths at Level 2 or above
- CTLLS (or equivalent Level 4 Teaching Qualification)
- Experience working in education or training delivery
- Industry experience relevant to the subject areas delivered
Desirable:
- Level 5 Teaching Qualification
- TAQA / CAVA Assessor Qualifications
- Level 3 or above in Information, Advice and Guidance
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding in education
