The predicted salary is between 26049 - 27128 £ per year.
This position supports individuals as part of the CFO programme. You will help participants develop confidence, improve wellbeing, and progress toward training and employment opportunities. You will be based between High Wycombe Probation, HMP Aylesbury and Aylesbury Probation. You will deliver high-quality one-to-one support, create tailored plans, and work collaboratively with probation officers and community partners. Enhanced DBS and MOJ vetting required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a community-based caseload of probation participants.
- Provide structured guidance, motivational support, and resettlement planning.
- Develop action plans and conduct regular progress reviews.
- Support participants to access training, work, housing, and health services.
- Maintain accurate case notes in line with compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively with probation teams and partner organisations.
Essential Criteria
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to rehabilitation and reducing reoffending.
- Understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
- Ability to pass enhanced background checks.
