Trigon Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Residential Childcare Trainer / Assessor in the North West.
The role is hybrid with regional travel and involves supporting learners from induction to completion, delivering Level 4/5 qualifications and maintaining compliant, high-quality teaching and assessment.
You will manage a caseload around 50 learners, plan sessions, provide coaching and ensure timely progression, with potential progression to Level 3 CAVA where needed.
