Job Purpose
Lead the day‐to‐day management of the CFO Evolution Hub, including support workers and supply chain partners. Ensure compliance, performance delivery, and referral pathways within the criminal justice system to support participant rehabilitation and progress into employment or training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day‐to‐day smooth running of the Hub and Pop‐Up operations.
- Host daily risk meetings and ensure a clean, safe, and organised environment.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are upheld and incidents escalated.
- People Management
- Direct line management of Hub staff.
- Monitor performance and attendance, support staff development.
- Conduct monthly audits and supervision meetings (PMF & MAF compliance).
- Participant Management
- Oversee eligibility assessments and action plans.
- Ensure robust case management and participant progress reviews.
- Encourage engagement through varied, needs‐led activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Referral Building
- Develop and maintain strong referral links with:
- Probation services
- CRS providers
- Courts and approved premises
- Build community pathways to reduce duplication and maximise referrals.
- Performance & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely data input on CATs+ (commissioner's system).
- Achieve contract performance targets, ensuring compliance with Shaw Trust, HMPPS, and funding bodies.
- Lead on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Employer Engagement
- Broker local employer relationships to meet employment KPIs.
- Manage training providers in line with procurement and quality expectations.
