Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Tutor to join our clients Warwickshire team. This rewarding role involves delivering engaging and high-quality learning opportunities to adult learners aged 19+. You will deliver accredited qualifications in Employability, Functional Skills (Maths and English), various Vocational subjects, and Essential Digital Skills. Supporting learners from Entry 1 to Level 2, you will align delivery with academic standards and AEB funding requirements, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and progress into employment, further education, or other positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging programs in Employability qualifications, Functional Skills (Maths and English), Various Vocational courses, Essential Digital Skills.
- Support a diverse range of learners, tailoring delivery to meet individual needs and ability levels (Entry 1 to Level 2).
- Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their personal learning and career objectives.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize knowledge of the local labour market, sector-specific skills gaps, and training opportunities to enhance learner outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes engagement and confidence.
- Ensure all delivery meets academic and AEB funding compliance requirements.
Essential/Desirable Criteria:

- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CTLLS, PTLLS, AET, PGCE).
- Proven experience delivering Functional Skills (Maths and English) and other adult education programs.
- Strong knowledge of employability training, vocational skills delivery, and digital skills provision.
- Familiarity with Warwickshire's labour market, sector-specific skill gaps, and employment opportunities.
- Proficiency in IT, with the ability to utilize digital tools to support teaching and administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to meeting KPIs and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Passionate, learner-centred, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
