We’re scaling fast, and we’re leading in two of the most transformative arenas in retail today:
- Autonomous Checkout: revolutionising how people shop by removing friction and queues
- AI-Powered Loss Prevention: delivering the most advanced solution on the market to detect and prevent shrinkage—already trusted by major global grocery brands
With real deployments in live stores, deep partnerships with top-tier chains, and a product suite that’s proving its impact every day, Trigo is not just imagining the future of retail—we're building it.
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Trigo’s in-store systems at some of the largest and most complex retailers in the world. From first kickoff through deployment to commercial rollout, you will be responsible for ensuring our solutions are executed on time, at the highest quality, and deliver real business impact.
You’ll act as the single point of contact for our partners—helping them navigate complex change, integrate Trigo’s product into their operations, and unlock the full strategic value of our technology. This is a high-ownership, high-velocity role that blends strategic thinking, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial instinct—and requires the flexibility to travel as needed to support on-the-ground execution and build strong client relationships.
A day in the life:
- Launch new deployments and take full ownership of execution—from onboarding and system integration through to live performance and expansion planning
- Lead cross-functional planning and delivery, coordinating internal teams (Product, Ops, Engineering, Data) and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth go-lives and strong performance
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and acting as their strategic advisor for scaling Trigo’s solutions
- Shape product direction by surfacing insights from the field to inform product and engineering priorities
- Use data to generate insight, measure performance, and recommend actions that drive real results for clients
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and solving pain points across the delivery lifecycle—whether process, product, or partnership
- Support business growth, helping the partnerships team shape new opportunities based on your deployment knowledge and strategic perspective
You bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investing, or entrepreneurial roles, with a track record of driving impact in complex, fast-paced environments.
- A strategic, analytical problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful—comfortable building in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- A clear communicator who can influence across technical and executive stakeholders.
- Operationally minded: focused on scalable systems and delivering real-world outcomes.
- Background in retail, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise product rollouts.
- Native French, Italian, Spanish and English speaking.
Nice to have:
- Experience in strategy, operations, or implementation roles in high-growth or tech-enabled environments
- Background in retail, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise product rollouts
- Technical fluency—able to collaborate effectively with engineers and data teams
