Trigger.dev is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to partner with our founders and Chief of Staff for a 3-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent. You’ll own end-to-end technical hiring, mainly for engineering roles, and work to reduce agency spend by growing direct pipelines.
You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and agency relationships, while ensuring a fast, high-quality candidate experience and close collaboration with leadership.
