We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our rapidly growing CRM Consulting and Implementation practice. We are Summit Certified Salesforce CRM specialists, designing and building marketing, sales, customer service, and analytics solutions for Enterprise to SMBs. As a Delivery Manager, you will act as a coach and mentor for the agile squads, a team of passionate functional and technical resources, supporting high quality, timely delivery to clients, and high performance. You must be well-versed in coaching and supporting the delivery of complex projects, comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent, and relentless in delivering value to our squads and clients alike.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Organising, facilitating and continuous improvement of all Agile ceremonies (e.g., scrums, scrum of scrum, retrospectives) and maintain Sprint integrity.
  • Supporting and coaching Squad Leads to facilitate effective day-to-day project execution including backlog management, refinement, prioritisation, sprint and release planning.
  • Ensuring the team keeps focused on Sprint goal, velocity and flow efficiency by acting as a buffer between external distractions.
  • Using expert judgement and active listening to proactively remove impediments and blockers to improve delivery.
  • Providing multiple tools and platforms (e.g., Retrospectives, Client and Team Health Checks) for constant team feedback and ensuring necessary process improvements are introduced in a timely and effective manner.
  • Facilitating cross-training of team members to improve process, industry, product and skill knowledge.
  • Bringing thought leadership and facilitating learning opportunities for the team (e.g., training workshops, knowledge share, product enablement, certifications), developing and maintaining training plans/materials to help the team learn important concepts.
  • Proactively identifying, coaching and assisting individual team members with issues and challenges they may be facing.
  • Proactively assisting squads to achieve on-time, on-budget project delivery with accurate status reporting, project planning, budget, time, stakeholder and risk management.
  • Continuous coaching of the team on Agile/Scrum values and principles.
  • Collaborating with squad leads to extend resource capacity through engagement of nearshore and offshore teams.
  • Bringing visibility and transparency through weekly reporting and insights into client, project and team metrics with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting commercial managers with pre-sales engagements (e.g., RFIs, RFPs).
  • Additional duties as assigned.
You:Knowledge and experience required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ years work experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle programmes, ideally CRM and/or cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of agile delivery management methodologies (e.g., Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software delivery principles with a proven track record in on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Demonstrable coaching experience, fostering and empowering high performance teams.
  • Experience leading or supporting squads from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams including P&L and forecasting.
  • Commercially minded, detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech or Business Services industries is beneficial.
  • Salesforce certifications are beneficial.
