The Role We are currently seeking a graduate to join our growing startup in London. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service, and analytics solutions for media, retail, and telco enterprises. Trigg’s point of difference is our team’s 20+ years of in-house experience delivering double-digit growth. Together, we find and deliver the optimum solution to meet our customers’ immediate and long-term needs. The role will suit a quick learner who is self-motivated, ambitious, technically savvy, and looking to grow with a business. We don’t require any previous experience with Salesforce, but we are looking for someone who is adaptable, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. We will provide hands-on training and the support you need to develop your career in the Salesforce ecosystem where opportunities from sales, system administrators, business analysts, consultants, and developers are endless – Salesforce is the world’s number one CRM system after all. Responsibilities Supporting project teams with project admin tasks Attend business process workshops, capture and write up customer requirements Learn how to design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements from training and online tools Keep ticket system up to date and track through project lifecycle; triage and queue user stories/bugs Assist with troubleshooting issues, provide customer support, and work to delivery with technical teams Research and generate lists of potential customers Provide input on customer briefs, prepare presentations, sales literature, and social content Help develop client and partner relationships, and retain existing accounts Assist with daily administrative duties as assigned Support sales teams Requirements Detail & results oriented, takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fast-paced environment Excellent presentation, spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills Strong problem-solving skills, a logical, analytical thinker who is committed to constant upskilling Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A strong interest and background in IT Benefits Hands-on experience working on increasingly challenging and engaging real-world projects Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals Opportunity to attend networking events and company meetings Pathway to globally recognised Salesforce.com Certification To apply, please send a copy of your CV with a short letter giving your suitability for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
