The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, proven high-performing Account Executive to join our rapidly growing scale‑up partner focused on the Salesforce ecosystem. Trigg is a certified Salesforce Summit Partner, helping media, retail and high‑tech businesses transform marketing, sales, finance, customer service and analytics. Reporting to the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth — building, managing and growing relationships with customers and partners alike. You’ll be comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and bring openness, transparency and a relentless focus on delivering value.
Responsibilities
- Consistently close new business at or above quota level
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to identify, qualify and grow new business opportunities through business value assessments and ROI analysis
- Establish regular cadence with existing customers to understand their needs, nurture and grow accounts.
- Build and maintain account plans to upsell and cross‑sell targeted accounts.
- Support the customer onboarding process, facilitate effective handover to delivery and service teams
- Work closely with marketing to drive account‑based marketing lead generation campaigns through partner/customer events and marketing communications
- Take responsibility and accountability for designated clients, products, industries and projects
- Accurately record, track and report customer data in Salesforce including but not limited to sales forecasts, plans, activities, opportunities, pipelines and related data
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of business‑to‑business sales experience in selling CRM solutions to small, mid‑market and Fortune 100 and 500 customers
- Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and receptive listening skills, both verbal and written
- An analytic mind, detail and results oriented self‑starter who makes things happen in a fast paced environment
- Experience and knowledge of building relationships with partners, Salesforce beneficial
- Experienced with the Google & Office 365 suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, excellent skills building high quality presentations is highly desirable
- Industry experience in retail, media, high tech would be highly desirable
- Proven track record of being a high performer, driven to sustain and grow sales over time
- Strong level of attention to detail, sharp focus on your goals and methodical approach to achieve them
- Salesforce CRM experience beneficial
