Join the No.1 Estate Agent on the Isle of Wight. We are growing — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused individual to join our successful sales team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role within the Isle of Wight’s leading estate agency, ideal for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys working with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Whether you currently work in estate agency, a travel agency, retail sales, hospitality, telesales or another customer-focused sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident on the phone and face-to-face
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
- Positive, professional and motivated attitude
- A genuine team player
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Flexible and willing to work some Saturdays on a rota basis
The Role Includes:
- Speaking with buyers, sellers and applicants daily
- Handling enquiries and arranging appointments
- Registering applicants and matching properties
- Supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional service
- Working in a busy, energetic office environment
- Conducting viewings
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm. Some Saturdays required on a rota basis, 5 days per week.
