SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER/LINE PRODUCER – WHISPER CREATE

We are looking for a Senior Production Manager / Line Producer to join the team in Whisper Create.
Whisper Create is a division of Whisper working with international brands such as Peloton, Red Bull, UBS and NEOM. The dynamic team produces high-level TVCs and a range of branded content. The post would suit a Senior PM / Line Producer with a strong background in working in TVC and Branded production with significant foreign filming experience. Must also have significant experience managing a number of projects concurrently in a fast-paced, busy environment. There will be foreign travel, including work in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to the HoP, assisting with the communication of key production information to the editorial team and the wider Production Management team.
- Planning and contracting staff, managing PCs and mentoring junior members of the team. Actively seeking new junior and senior talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Planning the fast turnaround shoots including booking crews and travel arrangements in locations across the UK and worldwide.
- Working alongside Business Affairs to ensure productions are compliant, including contracting staff, freelance and talent.
- Budgeting, including constructing budgets for new clients, revising existing budgets and running cost managers.
- Working alongside the Managing/Creative Directors, Heads of Productions, Executive Producers and Commercial Director to execute projects.
- Face to face client liaison and facilitating client requests as required. Working alongside Senior Producers to attend client meetings and be a key point of contact for projects.
- Overseeing the delivery of complex call sheets with accurate and detailed movement orders.
- Overseeing staffing and post schedules for each shoot.
- Understanding and distributing accurate client requirements to ensure that all deliverables and rushes are completed in a timely manner, in order to fulfil the brief.
- Maintain the vision and ethos of Whisper and promote a positive working environment where production talent can grow and gain opportunities in the business.

Requirements:
- Experience of the advertising market and TVC production, especially a strong background in big budget international productions.
- Confident working independently using own initiative while being prepared to take guidance on appropriate matters.
- Excellent team player; organised and able to work quickly without losing attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly assess, prioritise and act with a creative and flexible outlook.
- Integrity – able to look after the interests of the company while building effective working relationships with colleagues and outside contacts (including clients, directors and talent management) gaining their trust & respect.
- Must be able to work effectively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders including Head of Production, MDs and Senior Management.
- Experience in casting, negotiating and booking talent, also working with stylists, production designers and hair and make-up artists internationally.
- Experience briefing, negotiating and contracting international service companies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex issues in writing and verbally.
- You will have good prior knowledge of Ad clearance, rights & music clearance; post-production.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as a cooperative member of a team as well as interact with senior level executives and clients.
Location: The position is based at our Kew office, where we currently adopt a flexible working pattern of four days in-office and one day remotely.
Working Days: Monday – Friday. Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours. When weekend work is required, DOILS will be provided.
