We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with astrong background in sports and gaming creative to lead the design andexecution of high-impact digital assets across multiple platforms .

You will play a key role in shaping the visualidentity of content for FC Mobile, driving creative excellence, andcollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engagingexperiences for a global audience of sports and gaming fans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution ofsophisticated visual assets for digital platforms, primarily for FC Mobilebut also including social media, websites, digital advertising, andin-game content, ensuring alignment with EA SPORTS’ brand vision and tone.
  




• Own design projects end-to-end, from conceptthrough to final delivery, managing timelines and quality standardsindependently.
  




• Collaborate with marketing, game design,production, and user experience teams to develop innovative creativesolutions that enhance player engagement and brand loyalty.
  




• Develop and maintain brand guidelines,ensuring consistency and evolution of EA SPORTS’ visual language acrossall touchpoints.
  




• Apply deep expertise in typography, colourtheory, composition, and digital design principles to create compellingand accessible designs.
  




• Stay ahead of industry trends in sports,gaming, and digital media to introduce fresh, relevant ideas andtechniques.
  




• Manage relationships with external agencies,vendors, and partners to ensure seamless production and delivery ofcreative assets.
  




• Utilize advanced skills in Adobe CreativeSuite, Figma, and optionally motion graphics tools (After Effects) toproduce polished, professional work.
  




• Present and articulate design concepts anddecisions confidently to stakeholders at all levels.#

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 4+ years of professional graphic designexperience, preferably within sports, gaming, or entertainment sectors.
  




• Proven portfolio showcasing high-qualitydigital design work, including branding, UI elements, promotionalcampaigns, and interactive content.
  




• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma; motion graphics skills are a strongplus.
  




• Strong understanding of user-centred designprinciples, accessibility standards, and digital production workflows.
  




• Demonstrated ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attentionto detail.
  




• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
  




• Passionate about sports and gaming culture,with the ability to translate this passion into creative storytelling.
  




• Experience mentoring or leading juniordesigners is preferred.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working on AAA game titles orlarge-scale sports/gaming brands.
  




• Knowledge of UI/UX design and interactiveprototyping.
  




• Familiarity with 3D design tools such as Mayaor Cinema 4D

Location:

The base for this position is Kew, London.

Working Days:

5 day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH

You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based onproduction requirement.

Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.

Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours subject to productionrequirements.
