We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to join our Sport & Digital Departments to work across Live & Non‑Live Sport Productions. The post would suit someone who has a strong background in Live & Non‑Live Sport Production. Some wider experience across a more expansive slate is desirable, as is budget writing, managing large teams and delivering programmes to different broadcasters around the world.

Key Responsibilities- Working with the HoPs to help manage the slates of our Live & Non‑Live Sport Productions.
- Planning and contracting staff, directly managing PM’s and PC’s and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Actively seeking new junior and senior talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Effectively managing client relationships both face to face and remotely, working alongside the Senior Team and attending client meetings, being a key point of contact for projects.
- Working alongside Business Affairs to ensure programmes and productions are compliant, including contracting staff, freelancers, and talent.
- Budgeting, including constructing budgets for new clients and broadcasters, revising existing budgets and overseeing cost managers.
- Negotiating deals with new and returning clients and looking at new business opportunities.
- Working alongside the Managing/Creative Directors, Director/Heads of Productions, Executive Producers and Commercial Director to execute projects.
- Overseeing risk assessments, staffing and post schedules.
- Maintain the vision and ethos of Whisper and promote a positive working environment where production talent can grow and gain opportunities in the business.

Qualifications- Experience across a range of outputs, especially a strong background in Sport and Digital.
- Confident working independently using own initiative, while being prepared to take guidance on appropriate matters.
- Excellent team player; organised and able to work quickly without losing attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly access, prioritise and act with a creative and flexible outlook.
- Integrity – able to look after the interests of the company while building effective working relationships with colleagues and outside contacts (including broadcasters and talent management), gaining their trust & respect.
- Must be able to work effectively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders, including Head of Production, MDs and Senior Management.
- Ability to effectively articulate complex issues in writing and verbally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as a cooperative member of a large team, as well as interact with senior‑level executives and clients.

Working Days5 day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH. This role will require a degree of flexibility and weekend working. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five‑day work week. Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours, subject to production requirements.
