Chapter 3 Graphics, part of the Whisper Group, is a specialist design studio creating standout visual content for the world’s biggest sporting, eSports and entertainment events. From title sequences and broadcast graphics to promos and live event visuals, we work with global clients including FIFA, UEFA, Formula 1, EA, SailGP and Wimbledon. Based in West London, we’re a fast‑growing, creatively led team passionate about high‑quality motion design and storytelling.
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team in Kew, West London. This role is for a hungry and hardworking designer passionate about wanting to grow their career in the design industry. You’ll be stretching your creative muscle daily, producing high‑impact motion content across broadcast, digital, and social media platforms. This is a hands‑on creative role where you’ll work closely with our team of Designers, Producers, and Directors on a wide range of projects. Ideally, you have worked in sports content before and can demonstrate a knowledge of and love for a range of major sports, such as football, rugby and motorsport.

Key Responsibilities- Design and animate motion graphics for sport, entertainment, and live events.
- Covers a wide range from on‑screen presentation graphics packages (OSP) to Title Sequences, often to tight deadlines.
- Create concepts, style frames, and storyboards in response to briefs.
- Work across 2D and 3D pipelines for screen, broadcast, and social content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver polished, on‑brand visuals.
- Adapt content across multiple formats and platforms.
- Manage timelines and respond to feedback with agility and creativity.
- Take responsibility for a project from concept to delivery.
- Communicate efficiently with clients.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience- 3+ years of experience in a motion design, broadcast, or creative studio setting.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or similar software.
- Experience/knowledge of any of the following: Unreal, Blender, X-Particles, Nuke.
- Interest in digital and social media content and current trends is vital.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and keen attention to detail.
- Passion for sport and storytelling through motion design.
- Passionate about sport and design, driven by a desire to create beautiful and distinctive work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends, for sporting events.
- Committed to working a hybrid of 4 days in the office, 1 from home, enthusiastic about new challenges and developing your skills.

LocationThe base for this position is Kew, London.
Working Days5 day week, 4 days in office and 1 day WFH. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five‑day work week. Whisper offers the option of flexi‑time hours, subject to production requirements.
StartASAP on a 12‑month FTC with a view to a permanent position for the right candidate.
