We are looking for a Producer to join our EA Studios team who has a passion for creating shorter‑form sports content that resonates with Gen Z audiences.
The Producer plays a crucial role in the creative output and management of day-to-day content for the EA Sports App and FC Mobile.
A passion for a variety of global sports, with a focus on European football, is essential.

What we’re looking for

Key Responsibilities
- Management of day-to-day content for the EA Sports App and FC Mobile.
- Editorial planning, QC and content approval.
- Manage junior members, including scheduling and line management.
- Report into senior team with feedback and ideas.
- Coordination and curation of video content in both English and Spanish.
- Dream up and execute cutting‑edge sports content that cuts through.
- Plan and execute shoots in the UK and beyond, including in our Vodcast studio.
- Stay ahead of online trends and sports stories, becoming a key voice in the EA Sports App output.
- Create content that takes inspiration from the world of social media and adapts it to the functionality of the app.
- Collaborate with other Producers, APs, Editors and Designers to deliver standout work.
- Ensuring we find creative and engaging ways to represent the EA FC universe in the app.
- Keep up to date with the sports stories that matter, for our audience – suggesting new and innovative ways for them to be covered in the EA Sport app.
- Be a point of contact between Whisper and EA Sports, ensuring the content we are producing is on trend, timely and delivered to budgets.
- Help develop a culture of creativity within the team – providing guidance and support to a team of Assistant Producers, Editors and Graphic Designers.
- Edit and produce content in‑house, working with edit and GFX resources.
- Managing internal creators and developing a network of external creators.

- Experience in every stage of production – from ideation to filming to editing.
- A passion for sports that fuels engaging, dynamic clips for social media.
- Experience in creating content plans for social platforms and Apps.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social channels and clear understanding of how to create shareable content appropriate to them (including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and Twitter).
- Experience working with Content Creators would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and written skills with an aptitude to learn new tasks and a good attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong team ethic and the ability to prioritise workloads with ease, working in a pressurised team environment.

Location
The base for this position is Kew, London.
Working Days
5 day week, 4 days in office and 1 day WFH.
You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements, including weekends.
Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five‑day week.
Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours subject to production requirements.
